Your SORA and manual, from a description of the job.
The operator describes the drone, the area and the mission. Hespoire drafts the risk assessment and the operations manual from those structured inputs.
A SORA is a structured argument
A SORA moves through ten defined steps, from documenting the operation to assembling the safety portfolio. The hard part for most operators is mapping their own reality onto that structure. So Hespoire asks about the things an operator already knows, such as aircraft dimensions and speed, where they fly and how they keep people clear, and places each answer where the method expects it.
The manual follows from the assessment
An operations manual has to describe what the operator really does: roles, procedures, limits and emergency response. In Hespoire it is drafted alongside the risk assessment, so a mitigation claimed in the SORA has a matching procedure in the manual. That link is what a reviewer looks for and what a separately written manual often lacks.
You stay the author
The file is still yours. You answer for what it says, so every drafted section is there to be read, corrected and approved by the accountable person at the operator. AI does the structuring and the first draft. People sign.
